Orders placed on Tropic websites can only be shipped to the continental U.S. & it’s territories. 

Please allow up to 3 business days to prepare your order for shipment. A business day is Monday – Friday (excluding holidays).

Expedited Shipping: Order cutoff is 11am EST on business days for expedited shipping. All expedited orders after 11am EST may not ship same day. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next business day. Expedited shipping is not available if you are shipping to a PO Box.

Free Shipping on orders over $99+: Orders over $99 ship free to continental U.S, Alaska & Hawaii. UPS picks up your package at our distribution center and delivers it to your local post office for final delivery to your mailbox or door by USPS. Delivery can be expected Monday through Saturday. Please Note* Shipping will be discounted to $0.00 only after you enter your shipping address during the checkout process.

Standard Ground and PO Box Deliveries: These methods combine the efficiency of UPS with the convenience of USPS. UPS picks up your package at our distribution center and delivers it to your local post office for final delivery to your mailbox or door by USPS. Delivery can be expected Monday through Saturday.

APO & FPO Deliveries: Orders to these address types will ship via USPS – please allow an extra 1-2 days for final delivery.

All other areas (Expedited shipping not available): Orders to these address types will ship via USPS with a flat rate of $17.95 – please allow an extra 1-2 days for final delivery.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

You may receive your order sooner or later than the estimated delivery time depending on order processing factors or shipping transit timelines.

You can CHECK THE STATUS OF YOUR ORDER and track your shipment anytime after it is placed.

You can also MANAGE or create your Tropic account HERE.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have 30 days from the purchase date to return it. All merchandise must be unused and in the same condition, it was received. The customer is responsible for shipping charges when returning merchandise. Orders placed in November and December can be returned until 1/30/2025.

Please note Shipping is a 3rd party service, we cannot occur extreme shipping cost for returns for items customers damage or just want to change colors. We inspect all products before shipments. If so under warranty we will provide replacement parts at no cost, But the customer will be responsible for new shipping cost.

If you return products – We will assess if products preform properly, If determined the product had no defect’s there shall then be a 20% restocking fee.

All personalized products are non-refundable.

If you get promotional free shipping any and all shipping after will be charged to the customer.

We will make our best effort to get back to you as quickly as possible during regular business hours, Monday – Friday, from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm EST. You can contact our customer service team by emailing tropicbeachsupply@gmail.com  Please be sure to have the following information ready for our team to create this return: order number, billing last name and email on the order, as well as the product name, quantity, color, item condition, and the reason for the return.

  1. Items you are returning.
  2. Copy of the Returns slip
  3. Copy of original packing slip
  4. Copy of original receipt

To Exchange:

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. Please follow the above instructions for a return, then you will need to go back to tropicbeachsupply.com and place a new order.

Credits on Returns:
You will receive an email confirming your request. The ‘pending’ status will change once we receive your items and the refund process has been completed. Once we receive your return shipment, please allow 3 – 5 business days to process your refund. Your bank or credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account.
